Wingless MMTV integration site family member 7B (WNT7B) is a signaling protein that is encoded by the WNT7B gene.The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes that encode secreted signaling proteins.These proteins are implicated in tumorigenesis and a number of developmental processes, including the regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis.This gene is a member of the WNT gene family.This gene may play an important role in the development and progression of gastric, esophageal and pancreatic cancers.
